Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Contact us directly

Use the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• your name
• your email address
• the clinic or business you contacted, if relevant
• the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Meta account involved, if known
• a short description of the data you want deleted

We will review the request and delete applicable data unless we are required to retain it for legal, clinical, security, audit or regulatory reasons.

Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook

You can also remove the app from your Facebook account:

1. Go to your Facebook account settings.
2. Open Settings & privacy.
3. Go to Apps and websites.
4. Find AestuteOS.
5. Select Remove.

Meta may also provide its own instructions or confirmation flow for removing connected apps from your Facebook account.

Important note for clinic and patient records

Where AestuteOS is used by a clinic, some information may form part of the clinic's operational, clinical, audit or compliance record.

If you are a patient or client of a clinic using AestuteOS, you may also need to contact the clinic directly because the clinic controls its own patient/client records.

Aestute will support valid deletion requests where it is able to do so, subject to legal, clinical, contractual, security and regulatory retention requirements.
